Fourier M1-W is a rehab robot designed to provide a new rehabilitation experience for wrist joint rehabilitation. Assist – as – needed The integrated force sensors can sense the initiated movement form users and provide appropriate assistance for goal-directed tasks. Data – based Rehab Process Real-time rehab training performance is being recorded during the therapy session. The quantitative assessment and training reports make the rehabilitation progress validated and measurable. Gamification Therapy User is motivated to do intensive and repetitive training by various immersive interactive games. It particularly boosts the interest and engagement of users throughout the rehabilitation proves. Clinical Applications M1-W simulates the normal movement of the wrist, including pronation and supination of the forearm, flexion and extension of the wrist, ulnar and radial deviation of the wrist. It is adjustable to users with wrist dysfunction caused by neurological or musculoskeletal injury, allowing the functional activity of daily living training to be done.
