All vital signs measuring and recording (includes body temperature measurement thermometer, blood pressure meter, oximeter, blood glucose meter, portable / wheelchair weight scale) for the user can be operated through an integrated APP. All data will be collected, transmitted to the system/database in each user health file. Reports can be generated for warnings and further follow up purposes. This system bridges the communication gap between the vital sign measurement records at home directly to carrying centers.
